| Qualifications: | Preferred candidate will have 7-10 years experience in Concrete Work Construction with structural concrete, building concrete and site concrete capability. Must be able to must process bid packages, perform plan take off and prepare compete estimates, RFI's, submittals and establish budgets. Ability to manage concrete projects including material purchases, scheduling, project reporting. Candidate must have strong communication, organizational and computer skills. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. |
