| Qualifications: | Superintendents must provide direction to workforce and subcontractors; have a strong background in installation of concrete, resolution of daily operational issues and interfacing with Owners/Consultants required. Preferred candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on concrete. Working knowledge of foundations, flat work, structural concrete and site concrete, strong analytical abilities and read blueprints. Parking garage experience is a plus. |
