| Description: | The project manager is the conductor of the construction project, charged with duties of organizing, planning, purchasing and scheduling the "start-up through completion"of all activities. In the delivery of the project, the manager carefully orchestrates the intended outcome that balances owner contract, budget, time and costs limitations. The manager acts as the "HUB" of activities reaching out to the Owner (or Owner's representative), subcontractors, lower tier subcontractors, material suppliers and trade unions (where applicable) involved in the construction process. This tenacious effort brings to the project the tools necessary for the superintendent to follow the construction schedule on the projects way to a successful completion. |
| Duties: | 1. Assumes the responsibility for the overall administration of the project according to the Project Mangers Procedural Manual
2. Assumes the responsibility for all acquisitions required for the project according to the Project Mangers Procedural Manual
3. Assumes the responsibility of the management and scheduling the project, according to the Project Mangers Procedural Manual
4. Assumes the responsibility of the timely close-out of the project according to the Project Mangers Procedural Manual
5. Assume the responsibility to ensure Total Quality Management in the project management department.
6. Assume the responsibility for all related duties as required or assigned.

| Qualifications: | Seeking experienced Project Managers with 5+ years of construction project management experience, in a commercial setting, strong working knowledge of construction costs and scheduling, ability to manage multiple projects and maintain positive client relations. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
